To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number.
You warrant that all information submitted during registration — and at any point thereafter — is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Ajototo's customer support immediately via live chat.
Each Player may register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate Accounts — whether created from the same device, IP address, household address, payment method, or identity documents — are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
Ajototo is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request and reserves the right to request verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC verification is a risk management and regulatory compliance measure.

Ajototo will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned for re-submission and the verification timeline will reset accordingly. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until KYC is successfully completed.
The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — all participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).
The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30 (MYR 30). The maximum deposit per transaction is RM 30,000 (MYR 30,000) for most payment methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum equivalent deposit is MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Individual transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to interbank processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations being reached.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as a primary anti-money laundering control. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow; within 5 to 15 minutes for FPX bank transfers under normal operating conditions.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — and any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are as follows:
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically upon expiry without compensation.
Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds with minimal variance, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other Players — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
All bets and wagers placed on the Ajototo Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or event. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any wager.
A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the Platform and a reference number has been issued. Ajototo reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets affected by manifest pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures — regardless of the stage of the event.
All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international events — are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets are subject to additional rules relating to disconnection and void bet scenarios, which are set out in the sports betting rules available on the Platform.
Live dealer games and slot titles are provided by independently licensed international game studios. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game studio and are independently verified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Ajototo Platform:
All content on the Ajototo Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game assets, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the website — is the exclusive property of Ajototo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Ajototo.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ajototo, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Ajototo does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Ajototo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Ajototo reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause — including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or receipt of a valid self-exclusion request.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon confirmation of the closure request, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any unsatisfied bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Ajototo reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to RM 10 to dormant Accounts, or to close the Account and transfer any remaining balance to a player protection reserve, in accordance with applicable international gaming licence requirements.
Ajototo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ajototo holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Ajototo from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
